At Triple H Ranch, we believe great horses start with great care. Founded by Joe Hubbard, our Missouri-based ranch is dedicated to breeding and training performance and trail horses that are well-mannered, dependable, and built to excel. With a focus on trust, respect, and expert horsemanship, we take pride in producing horses that are not only skilled but also a joy to ride. Whether on the trail or in the arena, our horses are raised to be lifelong partners.

“A good horse isn’t just trained—it’s understood. At Triple H Ranch, we build trust, respect, and a lifelong bond between horse and rider.”

Founder & Owner
My love for horses started as simple as, "I want to be a cowboy when I grow up." My first trusty steeds was an uncharacteristically calm Shetland Pony named Cupcake. I could pull myself on her back by pulling on her mane and withers. I was largely unsupervised for most of my afternoons when I was in kindergarten, because we released from school after a half day, every day. My parents and siblings didn't get home for hours. Cupcake allowed me to lead her around by her mane until she was tired. She would put her head down and eat grass until she was done (no prodding from me would make her move) and then we would go find the nearest pond or stream for a drink. She was my babysitter and safe place during an otherwise confusing and chaotic time in my childhood. After a year or slightly more, we lost our farm and had to move to town.
Until recently, I haven't owned horses, though there were times I worked as a ranch hand and rode a horse everyday. As an adult, I have learned to appreciate the unique bond humans and horses have. We have been there for each other throughout evolution and that energy connection comes easily, if you look for it. It is something that can improve lives, both for horse and human. I am passionate about the proper care and nutrition of all animals, but especially horses. I want to train horses to be fit for any level rider, and to spend enough time training for safety for things like trailer loading, desensitizing for any situation where a horse could be harmed or a horse could accidentally harm a human. The extra time spent on ground manners greatly reduces the likelihood of injury and improves the experience for both human and horse.

My passion for horses started at a young age with riding my great-grandparents' old rodeo horses and their pony wherever we could go. From that moment on, I’ve never been without a horse! Today, I’m dedicated to producing high-quality horses with the genetics and ability to excel.
